In July, 1902 when Willis Carrier submitted plans for what would become the world's first modern day air conditioning system;
he sparked an industry that revolutionized the way in which we live, work and play. A few years later in January 1906, Carrier was granted the U.S.
patent on his "air conditioning system" which he named an "Apparatus for Treating Air". In later years with further research, design and modifications
of his 1902 system; Carrier gave birth to the air conditioning industry with additions to his design incorporating humidity control and ultimately
defining the basic functions & controls of all HVAC systems:
- Temperature Control
- Humidity Control
- Air Circulation and Ventilation Control
- Air Cleaning/Purification
In 1949, M. B. Kiser signed a dealer agreement with Carrier Heating and Air Conditioning Company; beginning a business relationship spanning six

100 percent green electricity from renewable sources.
